We’re excited you’re interested in joining the STAR Network program. Please check the requirements to see if you qualify to participate.

Operator Requirements

  • Wish to transition into the competitive business environment
  • Remain in the Tampa Bay area
  • Attend networking events with different civilian partners with the goal of creating enduring relationships
  • Mentor future operators after you successfully transition
  • Within two (2) years of retirement
  • Pay a one-time membership fee of $50.00
